Sometimes it starts
with one conversation.
You don't need to have it all figured out before reaching out. Just bring your questions.
Personal, evidence-based hormonal health guidance — grounded in science and understanding.
You've been told it's just stress.
Just aging. It's just in your head.
For decades, women have been expected to manage hormonal transitions quietly — often dismissed, misdiagnosed, rarely given a proper explanation. Many spend years feeling disconnected from themselves, feeling like they are broken, before anyone connects their symptoms to hormone disbalance. That gap is exactly what my work as a menopause consultant is about.
This is rarely just about one symptom. Hormonal health runs through your whole body, your energy, your thinking, your relationships, your sense of self — and it shifts throughout your life.
Brain fog, memory, lack of concentration, mood swings — understanding the hormonal connection.
Why you're exhausted despite resting, and what to do about it.
Honest conversations about intimacy through this transition.
How hormonal shifts affect your wellbeing, ambition, drive, and confidence at work.
From the first signs to the other side — navigated with knowledge and ownership.
Multilingual, culturally aware support — in Spanish, English and Dutch.
Many women live with symptoms they cannot fully explain, often feeling unheard, dismissed, or simply not like themselves anymore. Through open conversation, careful listening and evidence-based guidance, we work together to better understand what may be happening — clearly, personally and without judgement.
Hormonal health decisions can feel overwhelming when information is conflicting or unclear. Through shared decision-making, we explore your options together in a way that feels supportive, informed and respectful of your individual experience.
Your symptoms, questions and experiences are approached with attention, respect and no judgement. For many women, simply being heard and understood can already be an important part of the process.
Good care is built through collaboration. Over time, I have connected with a broad network of specialists and passionate professionals who share the same mission: improving the experience of hormonal health through informed, respectful and female-centred care.
Every session is guided by your situation, symptoms and priorities — not a one-size-fits-all approach
Sessions are available online or in person in Antwerp, with flexibility and privacy in mind. The process is designed to feel accessible, personal and adapted to your needs.
You share what has been happening, including the symptoms that are often minimised or difficult to explain — even the feeling of “not feeling like yourself anymore”. This is a confidential space where your experience is taken seriously.
Hormonal health is rarely one symptom or one simple answer. Through evidence-based guidance and shared decision-making, we explore what may be happening and which options may fit your individual situation.
There is no pressure, fixed formula or one-size-fits-all approach. Some women need clarity after one session, while others prefer ongoing support. The pace and next steps are always decided together.
"Science is the foundation. Your experience is the authority."
I bridge evidence-based research and the real, lived complexity of being a woman in transition. That means a holistic approach and no one-size-fits-all answers.
Grounded in current science — not fear, or outdated understandings about women’s health.
Sessions available in Spanish, English and Dutch — because understanding your health begins with being able to express yourself in the language that feels most natural to you
You do not have to navigate hormonal health alone. When additional support is needed, referrals are made thoughtfully to trusted professionals — including gynaecologists, endocrinologists, physiotherapists, psychologists and other specialists who understand the complexity of women’s hormonal health.
Feeling able to speak openly matters. Everything shared during a session is approached with care, professionalism and confidentiality.
"“For too long, women have been expected to endure hormonal transitions quietly — often in the darkness of ignorance, dismissal and confusion, while trying to understand changes that leave them feeling unlike themselves. Behind every symptom is a woman who deserves clarity, respect and care that recognises the full complexity of her experience, not just the physical symptoms. I'm here to change that."— Angela Ramirez - Mona Hormona
